Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within four weeks without giving reasons. The cancellation period is four weeks from the day you or your representative has received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must contact us under (Christian Eicke GmbH, Seestraße 11, 16562 Hohen Neuendorf, email: info@militaria-berlin.de). And by means of a clear statement (for example letter, fax or email), inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the right of withdrawal inside of the four week withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will return all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of shipping paid by yourself (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us), within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received concerning your cancellation of this contract with us.
For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly wish otherwise; in any case you will be not be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier
The good must be returned immediately and in any case not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days. You, the buyer, bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, where the value loss is due to an incorrect use or packaging for the return. Please note that for a full reimbursement the items must be in the same condition as sent by us.
